Agreement

By installing a Koodoku app or visiting this website, you agree to these terms. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

Our services

Koodoku provides Shopify apps and commerce software, including Koodoku Popups & Banners and the apps we release over time. We continually improve our services and may add, refine or retire features over time. When a change meaningfully affects you, we will let you know in advance.

Your account

Koodoku apps are connected to your Shopify store. Please keep your login details safe and let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans and billing

Shopify app subscriptions are billed through Shopify and follow Shopify's billing terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Free trials let you explore paid features before you are charged. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be billed.

Acceptable use

Please use our services responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access them in unauthorised ways, or use them to send unsolicited messages or infringe the rights of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload, such as product images, reviews and page designs. You give Koodoku permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide the services to you.

Intellectual property

The Koodoku name, logo, apps, software and website are owned by Koodoku. These terms do not grant you rights to use our brand without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep our services reliable and accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as they are, and Koodoku is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the service

You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the app or closing your account. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached, and we will always try to contact you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above and let you know through the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any disputes.
